Welcome to our bowls club nestled in the centre of Adventure Bay township. The club provides great bowling with a synthetic green. Visitors and non-members are more than welcome to use all of the Clubs facilities. Only 35 minutes from Hobart by car, followed by a 20-minute ferry ride from Kettering.

Bruny Bowls Clubs has cooked meals every Friday Night.

Bruny Island as world famous for it's wild seascapes, sweeping surf beaches, rich maritime history and abundant birdlife & wildlife. Bruny Bowls Club is one of the most uniquely located bowls clubs in Australia, if not the world!

Bruny Island Quarantine Station

The Quarantine Station site at Barnes Bay, Bruny Island, Tasmania, incorporates many different aspects of human occupancy, from the early Aboriginal occupation by the Nuenonne, a band of the South East tribe, to the present day with the Proclamation of the area as a State Reserve in 2003. The site is currently the responsibility of the Tasmania Parks and Wildlife Service - managed through the Southern Region.

Murrayfield

Murrayfield

Murrayfield Station is an iconic Tasmanian farming property on Bruny Island (Australia), operated by the Indigenous Land Corporation (ILC), that grows premium lamb and fine wool from sheep that have not been mulesed.

Murrayfield works to the ideals of valuing its rich Aboriginal cultural heritage while working as a sheep station and respecting its biodiverse environment, in conjunction with Weetapoona Aboriginal Corporation.

Cape Bruny Lighthouse

Cape Bruny Lighthouse is accessible by road from Hobart via Kettering, the ferry to Roberts Point, the B66 to Lunawanna and the C629 to Cape Bruny. The Lighthouse takes an hour to get to from the Barnes Bay ferry terminal & about half that time from Adventure Bay.
